Is my donation tax deductible? 
  • Yes! Activ8 Dance Company is a registered 501(c)(3) nonprofit organization. Donations are tax deductible to the extent allowed by law.

Can businesses participate?
  • Absolutely! Businesses are welcome to join the Activ8 Legacy Circle and will receive recognition alongside our family supporters.

Can I give more than one donation?
  • Yes. Multiple donations may be combined toward a Legacy Circle giving level if made during the campaign.

Can I donate without being recognized?
  • Yes. Anonymous donations are always welcome and you can opt out of public recognition.
