PLEASE NOTE: COSTUME DISTRIBUTION WILL TAKE PLACE THE FIRST WEEK OF JUNE, ONLY IF ACCOUNT BALANCE IS PAID IN FULL

COSTUMES 101

Costumes are for the show ONLY! Please make sure your dancer does not wear the costume to class, for dress up, or anything else before the show.
Hang costumes up in a parent/guardian's closet so that dancers are not tempted to play dress up with their costume!
Put accessories/hair pieces in a zip lock baggie and attach to the costume hanger.
DO NOT WASH COSTUMES! In the event that a costume is lost or damaged, you will have to purchase a replacement in order to participate in the show, and may incur extra fees to replace the costume with expedited processing, or be responsible to purchase new costumes for the whole class if we're unable to get the same costume in time for the show.
DO NOT IRON COSTUMES! If costumes are wrinkly from being stored in the bag, you are welcome and encouraged to gently STEAM them.
After the recital in June, costumes are yours to keep and do whatever you'd like with!

Because the bright stage lights can wash out your dancer and make it difficult to see their face, we recommend putting on a bit of makeup to enhance their features on stage! At minimum, we suggest some black eyeliner and mascara (false eyelashes for ages 10+ recommended), blush, and berry or red lipstick. Eyeshadow is optional: copper-toned eyeshadow with a cream/white highlight under the brow bone is recommended.

- Eyeshadow: Rimmel London Magnif'eyes BLUSH Edition (shadow primer recommended)
- Eyeliner: Any black eyeliner
- Blush: Any medium-dark pink color
- Lipstick: Revlon Super Lustrous Lipstick in Vampire Love

Hair should be slicked back with gel, hairspray, or hair wax for a nice clean, sleek look!
