The Activ8 Company Mentorship Program was created as an opportunity for one Company Member to work directly under Company Directors to learn about non profit organization management and dance education, develop leadership skills, lead Corps, Pre-Company & Company classes and rehearsals, teach various classes and create a competitive piece(s) to be adjudicated throughout the season. The chosen dancer will also be offered discounted monthly tuition for their season.

Katy truly loved her Company Mentorship experience. She enjoyed being able to choreograph a duet for two of her best friends and it was an experience she'll never forget! She said, "watching my choreography on a stage competing for the first time was something that was really special for me, and totally solidified the idea that I want to teach dance in the future."
